“When we were told at the hospital that my dad would be coming home on hospice, my family and I were crushed. I couldn’t imagine my life without my dad. But with the help from Kim, and all the staff at Haven we had all the comfort and help we could ask for, and then some.
Kim was always there, for any questions, help or just to talk and cry to. The entire staff was so professional yet SO caring. The morning my dad passed, Kim immediately came over and did what she needed and got my dad looking nice and presentable for us to say our goodbyes. She stood by in support and was willing to do whatever we needed. Then seeing her sweet face at my dad’s visitation and funeral gave me such comfort and support to know she was there for all of us.
I HIGHLY recommend Haven for your hospice care needs. They definitely go above and beyond! Words can’t express how thankful we are for your team.”

“Our experience with Haven Hospice was wonderful. My dad passed away 4 days after being admitted into Haven Hospice. Even so, by this time, we had the nurse and chaplain both come to see dad. I had also heard from the aide and had an appointment, as well as the social worker. When dad passed away, I immediately called Haven Hospice and quickly heard back from the nurse. This was at 10:30 at night. She came promptly and was very caring and professional. She took care of all the details of contacting the funeral home, which in our case was out of state, as well as the mortuary. This was a tremendous burden lifted off of us! I have since heard from the chaplain expressing his condolences. I would highly recommend Haven Hospice for their excellent care and professionalism during such difficult times.”
