Our Story: Founded by Clinicians, Driven by Care

Haven was established in 2011 in Ozark, Missouri, by John Ray, a Physical Therapist, and Bethany Ray, a Speech-Language Pathologist.

John & Bethany Ray created Haven to put clinical decision-making back at the forefront of healthcare. What started as a small, specialized outpatient rehabilitation clinic has grown into a comprehensive home-based healthcare agency, driven by a simple mission: to provide the exact level of care we would want for our own families.

After working within large healthcare conglomerates and seeing the negative impact of corporate greed on patient care, they decided to build a better alternative.
